Our clients decide on the tasks the Security Officers will undertake every shift, where the Security Officer should be patrolling, and what areas will need to be secured etc. We can supply an electronic clocking system which is personalized to each assignment; Reports from the clocking system can be printed upon your request or if you would like to receive regular clocking reports we can send you copies on an agreed date each month
The following is covered during the inspections: -

• Checking and / or Closing Windows
• Switching off lights or equipment
• Reporting obstructed fire exits
• Reporting defective security devices, locks, fences etc
• Setting and deactivating alarm system
• Checking and reporting potential fire hazards
• Checking for any signs of intrusion, vandalism or graffiti.

All of our Security Officers undertake a four day Basic Job Training course which includes Static & Patrol procedures and Communication & Conflict Management.
Comprehensive Security prides itself on attention to detail tailoring the needs for each client; we will create a training package from the consignment instruction. The guards will be fully trained to the highest level of service possible reaching and exceeding the client’s expectations.
We operate with a pro-active management team who visit our sites on a regular basis to ensure there are no issues that require addressing. Not only is our management team available for meetings and site visits, they can be contacted by telephone 24 hours a day 7 days a week by both the client and our staff.
